Introducing Broken Land
We're a new band out of Columbia, Maryland. We've been playing together for almost a year now and we're just starting to get things together. The members are Jason Straub - lead singer and rhythm guitarist, Chris Snyder - Drums, and Mike Denz - Cello. We are also currently auditioning for a lead guitarist and a bass player if you are interested e-mail us. This webpage will feature sound bytes, lyrics, bios, and other information. Stay tuned for updates they will hopefully be forthcoming.

05/14/01   Well despite the fact that it was unannounced we had a radio appearance on Towson's WTSR last Thursday May 10th. We also have a gig coming up at Hal Daddy's on June 1st at 8 PM. If you need directions click on the link to their page. Also today I've added some more lyrics and also some more of my poetry. Also if you'd like to be added to our mailing list please e-mail us at Brokenland@hotmail.com or sign our guestbook and we will notify you of upcoming gigs, CD's, merchandise, meet and greets, etc.

06/02/01   Well last night was our infamous gig at Hal Daddy's and it went rather well. The other three bands cancelled so we played for quite a while. Pictures from the gig will be up as soon as I get them and for more info check out the What's New section of our page.

06/12/01   BE THERE AT 9 WE GO ON AT 9:30 NOW!!! We have another gig coming up at Hal Daddy's on June 23rd. If you're planning to come get there around 9:30 or 10PM...there's a cover charge of \$5 or $10 depending on your age.

We're supposed to record our first single, "Sometimes," soon. Stop by and download it when it's posted.
